8-pin SBS connector for Ford Transit
Fitting an SBS Simplified Connection System in your vehicle
protects it against short circuits and other trailer malfunctions. It is
particularly suitable for vehicles with multiplexed systems. The SBS unit is designed
to protect the vehicle’s electronic systems (BSI) from any feedback
caused by an electrical fault on the trailer. The SBS unit is pre-programmed during
manufacture to allow connection to the vehicle without the need for special tools.
